Why I’m passionate about helping others feel strong and confident

I've always loved movement and fitness. Growing up, I played soccer, basketball, and gymnastics. In my early adult years, I focused on running. Training for marathons and believing that was the peak of fitness. When I started incorporating strength training into my routine, everything changed. My body composition, my confidence, and my mindset.

Seven years ago, I became a personal trainer to help others experience that same transformation. To feel confident, strong, and empowered. But shortly after, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune disorder that attacks the joints. I faced extreme exhaustion and pain, but instead of giving up on my strength goals, I doubled down. I learned everything I could about nutrition and training, earned my nutrition certification, and made intentional changes to my routine. It took years of trial and error, but now, I feel stronger than ever.

My mission is simple: to help others build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that lead to a healthier, more fulfilled life. The real win isn't just in the gym. It’s in the way those gains carry over into everyday life. Let’s build that foundation together.
